We will redeem winnings of $50 to a maximum of $499, once per redeem day. NO EXCEPTIONS! Redeems are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, EXCEPT holidays. Redeems received after 6am EST will not be processed until the next redeem day.

You must have valid State issued identification or State issued driver’s license on file. State issued ID is the ONLY form of ID we accept. The information on your ID must match the information you provided at registration. You will not be able to redeem if you don’t have appropriate ID.

We are not responsible for glitches/mistakes from software provider or from any internet or computer issues from players computer. Only verified winnings will be paid.
