How to report it

Send it to support@jackpotsweeps.com with Fraud report in the subject, or use the chat icon on the website. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

What to include

• The email your account uses.
• What happened, in the order it happened.
• Who contacted you and where — the handle, page, phone number, or profile link.
• Screenshots of the messages, and any payment reference or amount.
• The dates and rough times.

Report it even if you did not lose money. A handle we can have taken down today is one that does not reach the next player.

What we do with it

• Freeze what needs freezing on your account while we look, so nothing moves in the meantime.
• Trace the account, device, and payment trail, and close any account involved.
• Report impersonating pages and handles to the platform hosting them.
• Tell you what we found. Where money left your own bank or payment app, we will also tell you plainly if recovering it is something only your provider or the police can do.

What we do to prevent it

• Every redemption is reviewed by an administrator and verified against the account holder before it is paid.
• Redemptions are capped by tier and limited to one per window, which bounds the damage a compromised account can do.
• Purchases run through our payment provider, Tierlock. We never see or store your full card number.
• Requests from VPNs, proxies, and anonymising connections are blocked at redemption.
• Duplicate accounts, shared devices, and shared payment methods are monitored, and the accounts involved are closed.

What protects you

• Use a password here that you use nowhere else.
• Keep your own operator game passwords private — we do not store them and will never ask for them.
• Check the address bar. Our only website is winjackpotsweeps.com.
• Never let anyone else load, play, or redeem on your account. Account sharing voids a balance under the Terms.

If the fraud is on our side of the line

Chargeback abuse, multi-accounting, using someone else’s payment method or identity, and collusion all end the same way: the account is closed, the balance is voided, and where money has been taken from another player we will cooperate fully with their bank and with law enforcement.
