Sweeps Rules

Updated September 12, 2026

These rules govern the sweepstakes promotions offered on Jackpot Sweeps, and they sit alongside our Terms & Conditions. Taking part means you accept both. Where they disagree on a sweepstakes question, this page wins.

The sponsor of these promotions is Jackpot Sweeps, which runs them and is solely responsible for them. They are void where prohibited by law.

No party other than Jackpot Sweeps sponsors, runs, or administers any promotion on this platform, selects winners, or holds or pays out player funds. In these rules, “Platform Parties” means Jackpot Sweeps together with its affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers.

2. Who can enter

To take part you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old;
  • Be a legal resident of the United States, other than Washington, Idaho, Michigan and Nevada, and other than any state or territory where these promotions are prohibited;
  • Hold one Jackpot Sweeps account, in your own name, in good standing;
  • Not be an employee, contractor, officer, or agent of Jackpot Sweeps or of any operator we carry, nor a member of their household.

One account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts are closed and their entries voided.

3. What you are playing with

  • Sweep Coins (SC) are the entries. They play the Games, they accumulate when you win, and they are what a redemption pays out against.
  • Bonus credit is promotional balance. It plays exactly like SC and is tracked separately so we can tell a bonus from a purchase, and it carries the conditions of whichever promotion issued it.

4. Getting entries without paying

  • Promotional awards. Bonuses, giveaways, and promotions we run.

5. How outcomes are decided

Game outcomes come from the random number generators of the third-party operators whose titles we carry. Nothing about your balance, your tier, or how much you have purchased changes an outcome.

6. Prize redemption

Redemptions follow the house rules, in full:

  • The minimum redemption is 10 SC, and 50 SC where the payout is sent by Tierlock.
  • Requests may be submitted at any time. Payouts are run in scheduled windows, so a request made outside one is accepted and waits for the next run rather than being refused.
  • The cap is the same for every player, whatever your rank: 500 SC per request, and 500 SC per day. Rank changes your daily bonus, cashback and free spins; it does not change this ceiling.
  • Where a promotion funded the balance, the minimum redemption is twice your last purchase.
  • The maximum jackpot payout is 5,000 SC per player. A balance above that is voided and is not redeemable.
  • Every redemption is reviewed by an administrator and is subject to identity verification before it is released.
  • Playthrough applies: you must have played at least the amount of your last purchase plus any bonus attached to it.

Verification

Before a prize is paid we may ask for government photo ID, proof of address, a taxpayer identification number where reporting requires one, and confirmation that a payment method belongs to you. A request that is not completed within 30 days may be cancelled and the prize forfeited.

Taxes

Prizes are your income to report. Where the law requires it we will issue a Form 1099 and may be obliged to withhold. We do not give tax advice.

7. Disqualification

We may void entries, cancel a prize, and close an account for multi-accounting, using someone else’s payment method or identity, automated play, exploiting a bug or an operator malfunction, collusion, chargeback abuse, or any attempt to interfere with how entries are decided. Where fraud, a technical failure, or anything else compromises the integrity of a promotion, we may suspend or modify it.

8. Liability

By taking part you release the Platform Parties and the operators we carry from liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from taking part in a promotion or from accepting or using a prize, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted in transmission, nor for an operator’s own downtime.

Platform Parties who are not parties to these rules are intended third-party beneficiaries of this release and may enforce it directly.

9. Changes and questions

We may change these rules. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Questions go to our Contact page, and suspected fraud goes to Anti-Fraud.
