Responsible Social Gameplay

Updated September 12, 2026

Jackpot Sweeps is an amusement platform, and it is meant to be fun. This page explains how to keep it that way, what we do when it stops being fun, and how to step away — for a while or for good. Every commitment on this page is ours as the operator of Jackpot Sweeps.

Play for entertainment

Games on this website are entertainment, not income and not a way to recover money you have already spent. Two habits protect you more than anything we can do from our side:

  • Decide what you are willing to spend before you start, and treat it as spent the moment you send it.
  • Stop when you hit that number. Chasing a loss with a larger purchase is the single most common way a good night turns into a bad one.
  • Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or anything else that affects your judgement.
  • Take breaks. If you have been on for hours, the next session will still be here tomorrow.

Age

You must be at least 21 years old to hold an account. We may ask you to prove your age at any point, and an account found to belong to someone under that age is closed with any balance on it voided.

Warning signs

Any of these is worth taking seriously, in yourself or in someone you play alongside:

  • Spending more than you planned, more often than you planned.
  • Playing to win back what you lost.
  • Borrowing money, or selling things, to keep playing.
  • Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
  • Losing sleep, missing work, or skipping obligations to play.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or low when you are not playing.

Limits you can ask for

Contact support through any channel on our Contact page, and ask for any of the following. We will confirm in writing once it is in place.

  • A purchase limit — a ceiling per day, per week, or per month. We will refuse purchases above it.
  • A cooling-off period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with no purchases and no play.
  • A break from promotions — we stop sending you bonus, promo, and marketing messages, and you stay off the list until you ask to come back.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion closes play on your account for a fixed period or permanently. To request it, contact support and say plainly that you want to self-exclude, for how long, and which email the account uses. We do not ask you to justify it.

  • Once it takes effect, you cannot purchase or play. It cannot be lifted early, whatever the reason — that is the point of it.
  • A balance you already hold stays yours. A self-exclusion never blocks a redemption of money you have already won, and the usual redemption rules apply to it.
  • We remove you from promotional email and messaging, and we will not knowingly open a new account for you while it runs.
  • A fixed period ends on its own. A permanent exclusion does not.

Blocking the site from your devices

Self-exclusion covers this platform. To cover others at the same time, device-level filtering software and the blocking options your internet provider offers work regardless of what any one site does.

If it is someone else

A family member can ask us to close an account they do not own only where the account holder consents or where we are legally required to act. What we can always do is take the report, look at the account, and stop sending it promotional messages. Contact us and say what you are seeing.
